How many times have we expected to have a nice day with a loved one and suddenly everything goes havoc with a wrong word said that had the power to create doomsday.

You see the way we use words has a great impact on our life. We can use praise or we can kill, we can create admiration or allude invisibility..

"The Dreaming The Same" project that began with a group of students from Complot Escuela de Creativos in Barcelona were convinced that creativity can offer more than just a tool to sell products of brands. The project went worldwide as the team opened it up to anyone who wanted to develop their creativity by helping others. The participant had to design a cardboard sign with a creative copy that would invite the reader to reflect. They then had to give it to a person of their choice and film the entire process. Over two months, the project's website was filled with interesting videos that made a difference. Changing the words on the signboards of the people on the street, brought curious attention to the public's eye and allowed something new about their surrounding to be discovered.

Check it out. Its actually a quite fun thought to be able to fly by the different stages of our friends. (ex. from No hair to loads of hair) Where is technology bringing us? The new Tv ad for WWF goes along the lines of " The world is where we live in". The whole videos brings our senses together on how sometimes our minds, tend to see everything we see as separate. But looking at this video. One scene on the left of a human scenario and on the right, a scenario of the life of an animal. We ask ourselves, has what we created in cities and our lives come first or did it come from the inspiration we got from what was here already? The animals, nature, the world around us?

We have to get into this mindset, that each thing that we do has an effect. So if we want to live in a happy world, then the action starts from us.

Today i woke up, looked at the mirror and started to smile. Im not sure if it's because i look like a clown after waking up or maybe it's just a natural routine to open the curtains to allow my teeth to see the wonderful sunlight that shines in , or if you find yourself in England than we'll call it the neon whitelight! haha

Looking closer at the mirror, you'll notice that it's not all about the smile but actually it's about looking within, through the mirror of our souls: Our eyes. Looking within instead of looking without left me understanding more about my self and to explore the inner treaure chest which had been already found but needs to be opened in me. Just as looking beyond an oyster, you'll find what wonders it is capable of creating.

Below is an idea of creating a No-smile Campaign to encourage people to look beyond the exterior of maybe someone's looks or a smile and see deep into themselves and each other because we, as humans, tend to just judge a book by it's cover and leave out the contents within others and ourselves.

When we talk about advertising, the main aim is to create an inner desire in the people to want to experience what is being put out there. The tricky part here is to make it unique cause routine stuff bores the mind. So bring out the marijuana, ok. I'm kidding, Kids wash that out of your heads!! The ArtScience Museum of Singapore found a unique way of promoting it's new exhibition called "Shipwrecked: Tang Treasures and Monsoon Winds". The idea was brought into the public as underwater posters in large communal swimming pools where people could dive under to uncover what was hidding beneath the waters. As for the above water engagements to the exhibition, banners that looked like pirate ship wind veils were attached to to lamp post to not only create an excitement to read it but to feel the feeling of pirates and shipwrecks in the city.

I remember how many times, you finish in the gym and head to get washed up. You enter the changing room and there you see the ones who think their some naked models showing their God's gift while there is a handful who use their towels as a sort of surprise to leave imagination wild of what lies under. Many men have been brainwashed by the media, their girlfriends and even Mac Donalds, that size does matter. If it is so, i just wish God doesn't have an email address for customer complaints cause it will drive him nuts. Being aware of your body and it's normality is an important part of this life adventure. We first have to understand ourselves before we understand others. Self chec, an American organization has come up with a mind opening advertising campaign that shows individuals who have their hand on parts which might excite those sexual hormones. But the message here is to love thy self first. By caring about yourself, you can prevent cancer breakouts and eventually save your precious life. I think ads that have 2 meanings to it give more to imagination and sure does leave us with something to remember and talk about.

When we run ideas. where do we go to? Albert's einstein was right when he said "Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better." The answer came from the sun as BMW managed to use the same effect we have when we see the sun and close our eyes, seeing in our eyes, a circular image. so did the german brand, manage to place the BMW logo inside the heads of potential motorbike fans with the BMW Flash Projection. During a Superbike cinema commercial, the team flashed the BMW logo onto the eyes of the audience and at the end of the ad, the audience were asked to close their eyes and they would see the BMW logo. This creative idea n won Gold for Media Usage and Bronze for Film at the 2010 Epica Awards. Nobody know when the best ideas might come, but if they arrive, never lose them from your head. and dont forget BMW too! haha

Ever imagined how it would be to enter an advertising agency in London? Well yesterday was a day when exxxcitement took over me as we, Bucks Advertising students went to Saatchi & Saatchi to get a crit on a project we were given by Alex & Linda. 2 wild ladies who went to our uni a year ago and are now successfully breathing London's everlasting creative crazy air!!

The brief sounds pretty easy when you see on a piece of paper: Choose what you Hate... Then on the second line, it says: Make yourself like it? It was nights and days of creative juice squeezing and as i bashed my face over a cooking book in the library, i strangely had an idea for this project.

We all know that when we hate something, it's because the messages which was sent up to Father Brain wasn't really exciting.. so who do we look for when we can't get to the boss directly? We got to the messenger and in this case, it's the Tongue. The video shows a tongue that is always looking for more but then get's shocked at what he sees and changes he's view on life... i mean on food!

I was just on facebookland and came up on a hong kong friends post.It just shows how each continent is a world of it's own.. The ads is about coca cola's Oasis drink. It's theme is played around with 2 girls one cup but in this case it's 2 japanese girl and one big rubber duck!! Her parents come bashing in scoulding them and telling them to drink water but they want something more and this is where the Drink pops in.. for people who dont like water!! The funny differenc between asia ads and the ads here in europe is that the ones there are always under the cute list. Everything is about being cute. Infact when Harmeet and i went for our 2nd year exchange to Hong Kong, we were traumatised with the ads there at the beginning but that was our mind opener to a whole new world of how people want to see their ads and what makes them get the products!! If they were to do the same here, i just think people will suffering from phycological traumas!! hahah

The great thing about this planet is that everything teaches us something new!

Have you ever dreamt to be free like when you were a kid and you sat on that electric car that went maximum 10km/h but seemed as it was faster than a ferrari.. You drove it even without a license and you banged into anything in front of you even if mum kept shouting not too. haha

With the new mini tv commercial, Driving has really pushed us beyond boring road rules, the fear to knock some old lady down while crossing the road.. Driving is freedom. No obstacles. I know in the real world, driving can be dangerous but with a little of imagination even a boring road can be fun depending on your car and where your creativity can bring you!!

It's made me laugh how the red mini started dividing itself in a million , overcoming all obstacles and when the driver sees the police, everything becomes nice and sweet.. That's exactly how i drive but shhh.. don't tell no one!! lol

So i just wanna say, Guys and Gerls, Keep your imagination flowing and May no Rules stop you from being wild!

I was in the bus today and in front of me was a young girl, who was actually quite pretty, so i smiled at her and she smiled back and that was when i got hit in the head with an idea. I was just wondering how our human mind goes on judging people just from their appearance. Ex. She looks hot, Wait her teeth are yellow, can your imagine Adry, your tongue going her mouth? But i later understood that once we stop judging the world around us, we actually live life better and live it more creatively. Why do we have to all have white teeth? To give off an innocent white smile? If someone has yellow teeth, than he or she is unique in their own way! Then i wondered how cool it would be if all of us, looked normal but when we smiled we had something cool in our mouths! Below is an idea for a yellow teeth person who wants to add some spice into his life!!

In the world we live in today, most of us are bombarded with news that don't even give us a second to actually think what's happening? We see something, and another and hop on the bus and see something else and we continue living the day, not with what we think but with what others want us to think.

This is where ipods, handheld games and so on come in handy as to distract us from our life. From the moments of what we call boredom. How many times, have we found ourselves in a situation and wishing that you had something to kill the time with. Let's face it, we hate to think.

Economist new ad campaign holds a unique strategy. You see the image, but then you don't get what it's trying to say, so your mind starts to identify the secret code. Below the ads, is a number where you can sms and get more info on the news hidden in the image. It's preety fun and sure does occupy our minds in a fun way and intelligent one too!

The new ad for Shangrila Hotels by Ogilvy & Mather, Hong Kong.. holds one message that goes beyond words. It hit our hearts and gives that great feeling of how mankind is supposed to be. Loving each stranger as if they were part of the same family. How wonderful would it be if we returned to that all is one, one is all thinking. That everyone was respected Human, Animal or even a tree?

The commecial shows how in moments of desperation, someone or something will come for our rescue! Maybe a nice hot room, with silky bed sheets at the Shangrila wouldn't be a bad idea.. haha

This gotta be the best idea for a city! Slides everywhere, no worry if you didn't hear the alarm or can't get out of bed. You run out and the slides saves much time! How cool will it be if everything was so full of adrenaline! ( Who needs Red Bull now? ) Maybe it will make going to school or work fun. Changing a boring fast based city into a fun speedy gonzales adventure. Sometimes , we wake up with actually no plans in mind, and that scary feeling leaves us shaking for something to occupy our creative hands with. I rushed to open my creepy art drawer and grab some paint, brushes and some white paper to bless something on them.

Now the best part comes: What the hell am i gonna bless it with? haha

I closed my eyes, drank some wine and suddenly had a strange image of a fish that was pulling me as if i was it's Titanic. Pulling me away. I wasn't sure for what, all i knew was that it was stronger that Popeye.

Internet is something that keeps growing each day.. Thanks the the people who use it. We are the nutrients that keeps it growing but it looks like we've been overdosing our plant with too much info. Razorfish's new brief was to create awareness about how social networks nowadays know so much about us. Maybe from the amount of times we click the ''like'' button on the pics we like on Facebook or the kind of photos we wish the world to see..

The idea for my print ads was about telling people how easy we can easily strip someone naked with no more mystery to look forward to as people tend to share most of themselves on the net than they should. Portfolio Night 8 Hong Kong

Last night was a night to remember. A night that concluded all the hard work, Harmeet and I have put into our wild portfolio. Days and especially long nights spent hiding in our creative secret place: POLYU school of design computer rooms. Our passion to create ideas that are not just there to make money and make clients happy but the ideas that will stand out and make living better, make life funner!! (Not sure if funner exists as a word) but i sounds good!

5.30pm: We find ourselves arriving at the Portfolio Night 8 event in Hong kong. Excitement fills our bodies as we head to the reception to get our name tags and find out which creative director will get to spy on our portfolio and see whether we have the ''creative sperms in us to give birth to some wonderful baby creations?''

The night was great: meeting so many creative people, getting great advice and not forgetting the yummy food and drinks waiting to get adopted by some hungry mouths!!

There are some lessons are learned for this experience:

1) Have faith in your work before you try explaining it to someone else.

2) Never feel bombarded when someone gives you comments but use it has a ladder to your success tree.

3) Have fun in what you do, no matter what!

Flies are just some of God's creation that have always been misunderstood and considered a pest to humanity. I believe that everything we were given on this planet, was to make life what it is today.

Eichborn, the German publishing house, used flies to get the word out on their exhibition stand at the 2009 Frankfurt Book Fair (Frankfurter Buchmesse). Eichborn’s logo includes a fly so it made sense to use flies to carry the logo in a “fliegenbanner” with the words, “Eichborn, der verlag mit der Fliege” (the publisher with the fly). Ultra light miniature banners were attached to 200 flies with natural wax. The flies, carrying an extra load, tended to land on people for a rest, getting the attention of people all over the display area. The Jung von Matt team behind the campaign tell us that flies were not harmed in the process. After a short time the banner dropped off by itself.

Advertising is using a medium to communicate a message in a fun way. What the creative agency have done, made flies feel more important about themselves and also spread the joy of watching a fly land on someone with a message, smaller that any normal ad.

Water plays a big role in our live especially for our survival. We use it to cook we use it to then wash the dishes that contained our food. We use it take a shower and then make our clothes we put on clean and presentable for every new day. We drink it. It helps us live!

Some people out there don't get the same benefits to get what they want that easy. They dream of a nice shower like how we dream of becoming rich and living the dream. A simple dollar can help a kid have his dream of survival. A dollar that replenishes his life to 40 days.

We are all in this world as a family and what we have is there to be shared! Let's save what we can to donate a smile on the face a person somewhere.

The other day, i was passing by Hong Kong's underground MTR station and on both sides of the tunnel were ads telling the public about the Earth Hour 2010 happening on the 27 March where at 8.30 all around the world, lights will go black as we take part in the biggest awarness campaign against climate change! But at the side of my mind, poped out a doubt: The Hong kong public will do it but how bout the big shots of Hong Kong that don't really worry about saving as they are overloaded with fortune!?

Then i opened my email today and found out that Ferrari shocked the motoring intelligentsia gathered in Geneva for the prestigious Motor Show when they unveiled an environmentally friendly vehicle. It is a clear indication that prestigious supercar makers are beginning to take environmental concerns seriously.

Maybe we are all, actually, in this together?

Every small action, will give us a longer future!

For our previous Online advertising brief, we had to find an ad and from there create a online ad for that product that would attract people to click it on a website.

I was kind of lost on which one to choose to i opened a chinese newspaper i found lying next to me and the first ad i got was for Whisper's women pads. I thought it was destiny and started to get wild with ideas!

The idea that won first place in my list was to create a kind of game so that not only girls would click it but guys might get curious and might want to play the game and maybe choose the right pads for their girlfriends.

You open a homepage and on the left there is the Whisper Ad in dark blue that will stand out. The trick to grab the viewers attention is the jumping princess who wants to get on the magic carpet..

The viewer will then help her get on the carpet and the carpet takes off and starts the game. Just by moving the mouse left to right, you have to prevent her from hitting the evil starts that represent the tough moments of a woman's menstruation process.

After a while, she will enter a white vortex to end the game and finally the whisper logo appears saying : Whisper, The experience you'll never forget!

How many times have we woken up thinking how cool it would be to create your own world just the way you want it to be? Not everyone is born into the crystal ball of life but there is always a way to make things better - more colorful.

The new ad for Starburst plays with a blank white playground and we- the young of the world- come in and start giving color to the place. Starburst gave up it's iconic yellow for a limited time to help raise awareness for the great work Camp Quality is doing in bringing color to the lives of young people effected by cancer. Donating just a color ( may just be a advertising technique to raise awareness for the brand, so they also decided to give a $100,000 donation to camp quality to really make a difference in this world where money and not only color can help others.

It's the small deeds in Life, That can make a BIG difference!Our planet is our playground and together, with every small change we make or do, we can make LIFE wonderful!

What's their wild idea?

A dance floor of 65 cm square tiles sitting on springs hooked up to generators. The harder people dance, the more the springs go up and down, and the more energy is generated. LED lights flicker on and off in each tile, and a monitor screen shows the dancers the relationship between their movement and the energy they’re generating.

Last day of the wonderful long university break !! Happy Chinese people who surround the whole Island with their warm, excited hearts as they go to the temples to thank the Gods for fulfilling their prayers from the previous year and ready to dress in their traditional Chinese costumes, Round tables filled with all kinds of wonderful and interesting food like chicken feet popping out of the Chinese bowl. Everyone ready to start the new Tiger year 2010!

The festive season started on the 1st day as we visited a local friend's house and her other friends houses. Sitting happily on the sofa as they kindly served us with 101 plates of typical yummy cakes and unexpected red packets called ''Lai Shi'' which married people give the younger generations as they believe the more you give the more luck they receive! So we went home, that night, with not only a XXXL santa bag full of unforgettable experiences but also with a pocket filled with the weight of many red packets.. Lucky i had a belt, or else many Hong Kong girls would have got an unexpected Chinese new year surprise!! haha

Another very interesting thing that happens only on Chinese new year,besides the Grand Fireworks on the Harbour, is their fascinating Lion Dancing. Two guys get under a lion costume and start doing their lion king thing!! Jumping here and there and finally on their 2 feet, a scroll opens up from their hairy mouths saying GONG XI FA CAI!! which means: Congratulations and be prosperous! The Chinese phrase normally ends with: ''Hong Bao Na Lai'' which means Bring me the Red Packets.. haha Can't say Chinese people ain't smart!

The funniest thing was this morning.. as i woke up with the beep beep sounds of the sms on my phone. I see the words: Happy birthday!! I thought i was living some part of my dreamland movie and found out from my friend that the 7th day of Chinese New Year is the Birthday of Humanity! It's a wonderful to make everyone of us feel united as we get old together!!!

After many light years, i've returned to funkyadrys planet and ready to continue sharing you guys my wonderful experiences, thoughts, feeling and wild crazyness!

I wake up everyday and still can't believe i actually got the exchange to Hong Kong! I go to towards the windows of my mega galactic student hall's room and just start drooling with excitement waiting to get molested!!

Everything here happens fast.. i mean speedy gonzales fast!! People eating in 5 minutes the off to work, double decker buses that play formula 1 on the road and even the fishes in the amazing harbour swim so fast that the fishermen who spend hours under the caliente sun, don't even get a fillet o' fish! The fun thing about here is that cooking is optional as it's cheaper to eat out.. One food stall to another , we explore hong kong's varied cuisines!! not forgetting it's wild dim sum dishes that crowded the round chinese table. From sea weed, char siew delicasies to chewing gum jelly fishes and the free flow of chinese tea!! Drinking drinking and more drinking!! ( The healthy way) haha

The university experience is amazing! The joy of going into this super xxxxxxl university building and finding a bunch of funny, friendly hong kong classmates that are ready to open our eyes to a whole new experience! The difference between England and here is that everything has to be CUTE !! The girls are cute, the stuff they use are cute and even the ads they like are cute! It's a cute world!!

One thing that really impresses me about my adventure so far are the people and their strong faith! In this fews weeks, beside acting like good student doing productive work, we have been also exploring everything we can get our feet on and one of them are the temples. The feeling as you get into these big volcanic red chinese temples is unbelieveble.. Not only because your lungs gets high from all the incense being lited up as Chinese New Year is around the corner but to see all the chinese people going there to show their appreciation to the Gods for bringing their wishes to them. I was at Hong Kong's most important temple , Wong Tai Sin, and asked some people there about the chinese religious belief system and what i found out was that, every chinese goes to temples to ask for something and just before Chinese New Year of the next year, they have to return to say Thanks to the Gods. I then got curious about why they burn bulks of incenses and found out it was to feed the Gods as it burns and sometime people even burn paper made handphones, cars, houses, cash to feed their love ones up in the sky!

There's still so much to aborb in this spongy adventure!!

Ads today are just getting so out of hand in a positive way! It's not only about promoting a certain brand but to create a certain feeling in the hearts of people ( even if in the end, the person doesn't like the brand) The important thing is that this person got the message!

The new Commercial for Swiss Air really had an important message behind all the nice 2mins video. A message that maybe we would hear from spiritual leader like the Dalai Lama who tries to open an awareness in the minds of the people of today. Recalling them one by one of how they came onto this Planet not to wore in out but to make it a better place for you and for me.

Life is just getting faster and faster. Red bull here, Energy Drinks there and no one is actually enjoying the coolness we have around us in the present moment. It's all about tomorrow. It's funny how people just wanna get younger with all those plastic surgery when the easiest and cheapest thing is to move to Italy, rent a house in the middle of the countryside, have a glass of wine and get a dog. Simple things to make Life fun!

Cammomile is the Key . You can drink it or smoke it but as long as you take loads of it. and like the guy in the video said: We got to return to our origins to rediscover this cool life, making at least one thing in our daily life better than the way we found it.

EU Organic logo Competition

Nowadays, people are not aware of what goes into their body thanks to the lack of information about the misuse of pesticides used in agriculture.

The idea for the logo is linked to the word ''support''. Many people often attach badges or stickers on their clothes to support a certain cause. In this way, we would like citizens of the EU to support healthy eating. The logo looks like a sticker which is slightly peeling off. The sticker's main shape derives from a circular green world where inside we find a lighter green soil with healthy grass growing in all the same direction. This symbolizes how nature is perfect and if we grow food the natural way, it will be good and perfect for us. The peeling bit of the logo shows the wonderful and energetic colors of healthily grown food (ex. Red tomatoes, orange carrots, purple eggplants, pink strawberries, yellow lemons and the list goes on). This strips of colors all lead to the center of the circle to represent that we should all return to the origin, as people of past generations did by a healthy way of eating. The message we're trying to give is that eating organically grown food not only will surprise us by the big difference in color, texture and taste comparing to normal food we find in supermarkets, but also make us feel good about what we eat and feel energetic like the colors of organic food!

Commercials nowadays have entered into the ''cupid arrow in the heart'' era! Every thing is not based on the brainwashing of the mind but on the touching of peoples' hearts or let's say soul! Starting from t-mobiles series of ads formed by a big bunch of people having loads of fun, either in a station or in a swimming pool. The main aim here is to tell people that having fun is cool! associating fun with their brand! What a smart idea! We all love FUN... So most of us will have t-mobile hiding in some part of out brain! The same techniques is used with Kamasutra which is linked to wild sex.. but actually to an indian: it's a path to reach enlightenment!

The new ad for Budweiser is linking a very famous band's song ( The beatles) to their famous Beer Brand! and how fun to add the sing-a-long in the commercial!

Most of us live our lives with the joy of what life has to offer. Thun gave us a new brief to promote it new set of angels collections: Angel for Kids, Angels for Mums, Angels for Grandparents. The whole idea of my ad was based on how life leads us to certain wonderful events, like playing with many other kids as a child, the wonderful experience when your child says ''mummy'' for the first time or when you see your nephews doing things that reminds you of your young moments of your life. Life is represented as a yellow string that twins around our hands cause we too have to make decisions to have the life we want to have. This string later goes around the angels moving from life as a kid to life as a grandparent. If your children makes some babies of course.In the orange palm filled with the hot color of enthusiam for life, the text says: Life is an adventure. Enjoy the trip!

Life is like a rollercoaster: Its ups and its down sometimes makes you vomit but in the end, leave the vomit behind and look forward to more suprises!

I usually make a real big mess in what do but this gives me a sense of freedom and creates a higher chance of creative expansion.. That's what i always tell my dad when he comes to tell me about the disaster i created. What if cleaning up got more fun!?

Singapore ,the land where i was born in and where i spent a large sum of my life in, has taught me discipline and how to respect others. Many people of the world, admire Singapore for it's uniqueness where everything is so perfect. why is everything so perfect? Maybe because if you were not to follow the rules, than there will be a nice kinder surprise for you! Living in this fear has prevented the people's creativity from growing as certain issues and images are not allowed to be seen as they can spark a certain fire in some people which may lead to a disruption of this ''singapura'' perfectness! But in the years, i have noticed how Singapore has been trying to open their eyes to the world and be part of this moving economy. I saw the new brief of the famous juice brand Pago which have created a new selection of juices and are looking for an ad to represent their really fresh juices called Pago on the Rocks. A new way of drinking their drinks on ice! I wanted to associate the Brand Pago with it's freshness and make it Fun. The ad shows a guy exciting his taste buds with the new icy freshness of Pago on the Rocks.

There was a brief from Nike and i couldn't have not participated in it as 'Nike is Nike'. A powerful brand that has to do with sportive energetic quality. What did i have to do? Create an ad to advice Italians to support the brand and buy original shoes! Fake ones may look the same but nothing cheap is quality. You might be thinking what does a stork have to do with a sportive brand like Nike?

I thought that we should create an ad which was more colorful and that captures the attention of people around. We have a stork which instead of carrying a baby in its mouth, it has its favourite pair of original Nike shoes. Everything in the add seems surreal: the stork made out of circles and shoelace, the birds in the sky made up of the Nike logo faced back to each other. The shoe prints below symbolize the black illegal work used to make fake shoes and the bird ready to fly away from it with it's original shoes!

Saturn is a big electro supermarket in Germany and every time i go in there, i always get convinced to buy something as technology just makes me go wild! We are all living a generation where everyday something we used to call new becomes , let's say, out of fashion! This is called the evolution of technology, hopefully to make our lives cooler and not overtake us in someway!

The new ad for saturn just gets me jumping of the chair with all the jurassic park memories in a more mechanical era. Until the last bit when the lady pops out of the robotic gorilla and starts blabbering some words in german that just makes its seem so much more sensual! Cold mechanics VS Warm Sensual female voice!

The art of females! We will have to talk about then further on.. Their talented way of convincing us men! Just look back at history: Cleopatra? ....
